When can I expect to get my Ashtanga Practice Cards Package? 

This is how it goes: You order, we process and then we ship. Ordering takes usually seconds, processing 1-2 business days and shipment depends on where you live. We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your Products can reach you as quickly as possible. When your order has been shipped you will receive a link on which you can follow your package. 

All orders are handled in 1-3 working days

Depending on you location, shipping can take from 5-10 days.

Customs and import duties:

As the company is based in Sweden only orders to the EU, duty-free. For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties and handling fees. Please check local amount for your country.

How do I return my product?

To make a return, please reach out to info@ashtangapracticecards.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.

Good to know:

  1. You have 30 days in order to return your product after you have received it. 
  2. The product should be in the same condition as you received it (unused and clean) to ensure a full refund. 
  3. You as a customer stand for the return shipping cost.
  4. Pack the product in a way that can not damage it during the trip back to us. If necessary, use protective material around the product.
  5. Keep in mind that you as the customer are responsible for the return until we have received and registered it, so always save your receipt. We recommend traceable shipping. 
  6. Once the returned product is received and handled, we will make a refund the same way you purchased the product or cancel the invoice. This can take up to 14 business days. It usually goes faster. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.

If you do not collect your parcel, this alone will not be regarded as cancelling your purchase and you will be charged for the cost of the shipping.

How long does it take to process a return? 

Credit card refunds usually take 10-15 business days to appear on your statement.
